James (Jim) Perullo Attorney Perullo, founder of Bay State Legal Services, LLC, has executive experience including international business that has taken him to Singapore, France, England, Brazil, the Middle-East, and other regions. Along with over 20 network-related certifications, he possesses the unique skills to guide the firm with a vision of 21st century technologies.
    Concentrating his efforts in running the firm while practicing the lion's share of employment, contract, and wills & trusts issues for the firm's clients, Attorney Perullo brings a unique perspective to the Boston legal landscape.

Phito MoleusA former reporter for Radio Soleil, a Roman Catholic broadcasting company located in Haiti, Phito Moleus is also a former 3Com manager of the New Product Introduction group. He traveled to the UK, Scotland, Mexico, Brazil, and many other locations to prepare 3Com's support channel. Mr. Moleus has a BSE from Wentworth Institute of Technology, an MBA from Nichols College, and a Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law. He is fluent in French, Spanish, Creole, and English.

Yuri Levintoff, Esq.Attorney Levintoff is native of Russia, and a general partner of Bay State Legal Services, LLC. In his pre-legal days, Attorney Levintoff spent many years in IT industry, both in Europe and United States. He has extensive engineering and management experience in corporate and enterpreneurial settings.
    Attorney Levintoff is dedicated to working with the diverse multi-cultural clients, and understands issues of global economy while concentrating on all aspects of general civil litigation.

 
Joseph Hennessey, Esq., of counsel
Joseph (Joe) Hennessey, Esq.Attorney Hennessey has a background in criminal defense. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he spent 23 years in law enforcement, with 7 1/2 years working as an undercover narcotics officer. With numerous drunk-driving enforcement courses under his belt, he participated in 100s of narcotics, drunk-driving arrests and breath tests. As such, he understands the tactics police officers use and the inaccuracies of the field sobriety tests and breath tests.
    His education includes a B.S. in Law Enforcement, M.S. in Criminal Justice Administration and a Juris Doctorate with a focus in Criminal Law.

Marsha Graham, Esq.Marsha is a retired social worker who knows the ins-n-outs of the fields of domestic relations and guardianship.  She has a certification in mediationand has co-authored workbooks on how to pass the essay portion of the Massachusetts Bar. Currently she also works as a consultant to private and public agencies on web-based disability access.

Mary Passino
Mary Passino is currently attending Massachusetts School of Law, graduating in June. She is the firm’s accountant as well as working as a paralegal. Originally from the mid-west, Mary is also a small business owner. Mary has her BS in Accounting from Tampa College.

Lamya Forghany, JD
Originally from New York, Lamya Forghany moved to Massachusetts to attend Law School. After graduating from Massachusetts School of Law, Lamya is currently studying for the bar examination in late February and working as a Para-legal for Bay State Legal. Lamya Forghany has her B.S. in Business Administration from Alfred University, and a Minor in Management Information Systems.
